Ghita (21) and Sophie (23) are searching for a new roommate as the third roommate (Nadine) is leaving Berlin. The apartment is located in Prenzlauer Berg and is around 100 sqm. Each of us has our own room and shares the kitchen and bathroom. The room that will be available is approximately 20 sqm and has a balcony. The room costs 575 euros without electricity and wifi (in total, around 650 euros) and is available from the first of April.
All furniture in the pictures is for sale: a dining table, bed (+ mattress and three storing boxes for underneath the bed), shoe cabinet, cabinets (3x) and tv cabinet, and balcony furniture. It would be amazing if the next roommate could take over a big part.
The apartment is located in the Prenzlauer Berg district. Within walking distance there are several supermarkets and shops you need. Furthermore, public transport is just around the corner, including trams (M1, 50 & M13) as the U2 and S-bahn. This makes it easy to get around the city by public transport.
We are searching for a roommate (female) who is clean and friendly. We like to hang out at the weekends, and during the week, we are a bit more relaxed - busy with our bachelor/master - searching for someone like this as well. Let us know who you are (what you do in life, studies, work, age, hobbies...), and we can set a viewing!
