Du suchst eine ruhige, helle und SAUBER möblierte Unterkunft auf Zeit, weil du neu in Berlin bist und dich erst einmal umsehen möchtest bevor du dich endgültig für einen Kiez entscheidest oder du bist ohnehin nur für eine bestimmte Zeit in Berlin und sucht ein schönes Zuhause wo du dich wohlfühlen kannst...Du bist NICHTRAUCHERIN, legst Wert auf ORDNUNG und SAUBERKEIT, dann würde ich dich gerne kennenlernen.
Schmutzige Wäsche auf dem Fußboden liegen lassen, den Müll überquellen lassen bis er stinkt, nach dem Essen, den Tisch nicht abwischen, die Klobürste nicht benutzen, Schimmel im Kühlschrank züchten...wenn das dein Lebensstil ist, dann ist das nicht die richtige WG für dich.
Wenn du dich nur in einer ordentlichen Wohnung wohlfühlst, dann bist du herzlich willkommen!!!
Ich habe schon alles erlebt, deshalb mag ich klare Worte, so dass es keine Missverständnisse gibt.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche können gestellt werden.
Der Balkon schaut in den ruhigen Innenhof.
Eine sehr schöne und ruhige Wohngegend mit altem Baumbestand und einem schönen Gemeinschaftsgarten, der im Sommer auch gerne genutzt wird.
1 x Monat kommt die Putzfrau, um die Gemeinschaftsräume gründlich sauber zu machen. Die Kosten für die Reinigung betragen 20,-/Monat.
Es gibt natürlich auch einen Putzplan, an den sich jeder halten soll. Die Arbeit sind gerecht aufgeteilt und mehr als insgesamt eine Stunde pro Woche pro Person werdet ihr für das Reinigen nicht benötigen.

You are a NON-SMOKER, value ORDER and CLEANLINESS, then I would like to get to know you.
If you only feel comfortable in a tidy apartment, then you are welcome!!
I've been through it all, so I like clear words so there are no misunderstandings.
The apartment is fully equipped, as shown in the photos.
Towels and bed linen can be provided.
The balcony looks out into the quiet courtyard.
A very nice and quiet residential area with old trees and a beautiful communal garden, which is also used in summer.
1 x month the cleaning lady comes to clean the common areas thoroughly. The cost of cleaning is 20,-/month.
Of course, there is also a cleaning schedule that everyone should stick to. The work is divided fairly and you won't need more than a total of one hour per week per person for cleaning.
In unmittelbarer Nähe hat man diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (EDEKA, Lidl, dm, Apotheke, etc.)
Es ist eine ruhige Wohngegend mit überwiegend Altbauten.
Anmeldung ist möglich.
