Looking for a house / apartment for 2 persons (married couple). 1-2 Bedrooms excluding the Living room. Size must be no less than 60m (640 square feet) We have 2 small dogs (quiet and trained) so the home must allow pets. Preferably walking distance to public transportation. Good and clean working bathroom and kitchen (not for sharing). No basement flats please. Looking to stay within Frankfurt am Main or within a 20km radius. Must be fully furnished homes or partially furnished homes and with wifi. Dishwasher / Washing Machine / Dryer are a plus but not a requirement. Safe neighbourhood with nearby amenities like supermarket / restaurants / small shops. All in rental up to EUR1.150 per month (rent + utilities). Balcony will be a plus but not a requirement. Areas like Sachsenhausen / New-Isenburg/ Nordend-Ost / Bornheim / Westend are ideal. Don't mind shared houses as long as it is private and we have our own areas (Private bedroom/ bathroom / living area and kitchen).
