Wunderschönes Studenten Haus in traumhafter Lage

In unserer WG wohnen Karla, Dimas, Gyan, Esther, Miri und Katze Sola. Karla studiert im vierten Semester European Studies, Dimas macht seinen Doktor in Südostasienstudien, Gyan geht auf die Athanor Schauspielakademie. Esther studiert Kuwi im vierten Semester und Miri studiert Joko ebenfalls im vierten Semester. Wir sind eine bunt gemischte, kreative, meistens gut gelaunte WG und machen je nach Stresslevel mal mehr mal weniger zusammen. Aber an sich ist immer jemand motiviert für gemeinsame Kochsessions, Sport, eine Runde Schwimmen im Ilzstausee oder spätabendliche, tiefsinnige oder weniger tiefsinnige Gespräche, je nach Stimmung mit Wein, Tee oder Bier... Wir sind offen für Vorschläge :) Uns vereint unsere Leidenschaft für ausgiebige sonntägliche Waffel oder Pancake Brunchs und leckeres Essen. Uns ist ein entspanntes, freundschaftliches Zusammenwohnen wichtig. Wir sind weder Zweck noch Party WG. Das Haus hat drei Stockwerke und jedes Stockwerk hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Es gibt viel Platz und Du findest immer einen Rückzugsort oder Gesellschaft, wenn Du möchtest. Unser Haus liegt wunderschön an einem Hang, der einem morgens mit dem Fahrrad den nötigen Schwung gibt. Die Uni und die Innenstadt sind in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar, aber wir wohnen mitten in der Natur, ohne Straßenlärm. Aus Deinem Zimmerfenster kannst du sogar Schafe auf dem Hang gegenüber sehen und manchmal hören! Da wir in einem hellhörigen Altbau leben, ist es uns wichtig, dass wir vor allem nachts und frühmorgens rücksichtsvoll sind. Du würdest im Erdgeschoss mit Miri wohnen.

Internationals Welcome! We or at least one of us ;) speak English, German, Spanish, Indonesian, Italian, Portuguese and a little bit Estonian.
In our house are living Karla, Dimas, Gyan, Esther, Miri and Sola the cat. Karla studies European studies, Dimas is doing his PhD about South-East Asia Gyan is an actor at the Athanor acadamy, Esther studies cultural economy and Miri Journalistics. We are a mixed, creative group of people, hanging out together sometimes more, sometimes less – depends on the deadlines ;) But you will always find somebody, who is motivated for cooking, sports, swimming at the lake or just talk about deep or random stuff, drinking tea, wine or beer, whatever you feel like. We are opened for your suggestions :) We all love long sunday brunchs with waffles or pancakes and delicious food in general. For us it´s important to live in a chilled, respectful and friendly atmosphere. The house has three staircases with an own bathroom each. We have a lot of space, you will find a calm place or somebody to talk to, whatever you feel like. We live in the perfect neighbourhood on a hill (by bike you are so fast in the city or at the university in the morning!) It takes only 10 min to walk to the city centre or to university, but at the same time you don´t hear loud traffic. Out of your room you can even see sheep on the other hill! Our house is old and you can hear noises easily, that´s why it´s important to be calm in the evenings and nighttime or early mornings. You would live on the ground floor with Miri.
