Da ich für ein Auslandsemester Aachen verlassen werde, vermiete ich mein Zimmer zur Untermiete. Die Mietdauer ist vom 01.08.2024 bis zum 16.02.2024 angesetzt, ich bin jedoch bei den Ein- und Auszugsdaten flexibel.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 10qm groß, rechteckig geschnitten und durch zwei Fenster in Südwest Richtung sehr hell. Zu den Möbeln zählen ein Bett (140 x 200cm), ein großer Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch + Stuhl und ein Bücherregal.
Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer, einem Bad sowie einer großen Küche.
As I will be leaving Aachen for a semester abroad, I am subletting my room. The rental period is from 01.08.2024 to 16.02.2024, but I am flexible with the move-in and move-out dates.
The room is about 10 square meters, rectangular in shape and very bright due to two windows facing southwest. The furniture includes a bed (140 x 200cm), a large closet, a desk + chair and a bookshelf.
The apartment consists of three bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a large kitchen.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Burtscheider Fußgängerzone, nur fünf Gehminuten vom Ferberpark entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in nur zwei Minuten zu erreichen, von der aus alle acht Minuten ein Bus Richtung Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt fährt. In der Fußgängerzone selbst findet man vier Bäckereien, eine Apotheke, einen EDEKA und viele weitere kleine Läden. Anwohnerparkplätze sind rund um die Fußgängerzone verfügbar und ein kleines Parkhaus befindet sich gleich dahinter.
The apartment is located in the Burtscheid pedestrian zone, just a five-minute walk from Ferberpark. The nearest bus stop is just two minutes away, from where a bus leaves every eight minutes for the main train station and the city center. The pedestrian zone itself has four bakeries, a pharmacy, an EDEKA supermarket and many other small stores. Residents' parking spaces are available around the pedestrian zone and there is a small parking garage just behind it.
Deine Mitbewohner heißen Lauris und Joshua, beide Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik Studenten an der FH. Lauris ist mit 30 Jahren der WG-Opa und betreibt verschieden Sportarten im Park. Joshua ist mit 22 Jahren das WG-Küken und spielt gerne Beachvolleyball.
Wir sind alle befreundet und unternehmen auch gerne öfter was zusammen, wir sind also keine Zweck WG und freuen uns, wenn du Lust hast, zusammen etwas zu unternehmen. Wenn du mal Ruhe und Zeit für dich brauchst, ist das natürlich kein Problem.
Unterm Strich suchen wir jemanden, der Interesse an einem aktiven WG-Leben hat, sich nicht scheut einen Besen in die Hand zu nehmen und gerne mal den Tag mit nem Bier ausklingen lässt.
Your flatmates are Lauris and Joshua, both aerospace engineering students at the University of Applied Sciences. At 30, Lauris is the grandpa of the flat share and likes engaging in different sports in the park. Joshua, at 22, is the kiddo of our flat and enjoys playing beachvolleyball.
We're all friends and like to do things together often, so we're not a purpose-built flat share and are happy if you want to do something together. Of course, if you need some peace and quiet time to yourself, that's no problem.
All in all, we are looking for someone who is interested in an active shared flat life, is not afraid to pick up a broom and likes to end the day with a beer.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was dazugehört, sogar eine Spülmaschine.
Fahrräder können entweder in der Fußgängerzone, im Innenhof oder im Keller abgestellt werden, zudem gehört auch ein Kellerraum zu der Wohnung. Im Keller findest du auch unsere Waschmaschine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, even a dishwasher.
Bicycles can be parked either in the pedestrian zone, in the inner courtyard or in the cellar, and there is also a cellar room for the apartment. You will also find our washing machine in the basement.
