Erasmus Welcome! Zimmer nähe Zentrum/Aquisplaza in 2er WG

Die Lage ist sehr zentral aber ruhig. Hintereingang vom Aquisplaza ist zu fuß 2m zu erreichen. DM, Rewe, Apotheken und Food-Court hast du alles gleich vor deiner Nase, aber es ist am Haupteingang deshalb vor unserer Haustür ist Ruhig.
Direkt gegenüber von der Wohnung gibt es Grundschule und Berufskolleg, aber von deinem Zimmer bekommt man sowieso sehr wenig mit und die Fenster sind sehr dicht. Ebenfalls für die Bushaltestelle Kaiserplatz. In die Stadt und ggf. zur Uni braucht man also nicht so lange Zeit.

La posizione è molto centrale ma tranquilla. L'ingresso posteriore dell'Aquisplaza è raggiungibile a piedi in 2 minuti. DM, Rewe, farmacie e il food court sono tutti proprio di fronte a te, ma essendo all'ingresso principale, è tranquillo proprio sulla nostra soglia.
Ci sono una scuola elementare e un istituto professionale di fronte all'appartamento, ma comunque non sentirai molto dalla tua stanza e le finestre sono molto spesse. Anche la fermata dell'autobus di Kaiserplatz è vicina. Non ci vuole molto tempo per raggiungere il centro città e eventualmente l'università.

The location is very central but quiet. Rear entrance of the Aquisplaza can be reached on foot 2m. DM, Rewe, pharmacies and the food court are all right in front of you, but it's at the main entrance so it's quiet on our doorstep.
There is an elementary school and a job- college directly across from the apartment, but you won't hear much from your room anyway and the windows are very thick. Also for the Kaiserplatz bus stop. It doesn't take that long to get to the city and possibly to the university.

Ich bin am Theater tätig deshalb ist mein Leben als Student vorbei, aber ich würde mich freuen, wenn wir ab und zu zusammen etwas unternehmen würden. Ich kriege immer freie Karte für meine Vorstellung, deshalb kann ich Dir auch ab und zu eine Karte anbieten :) Zu Hause mag Ich sehr gerne kochen, und auf einen Kaffee oder Tee oder Bier oder Wein bin alles offen.

Lavoro nel teatro, quindi la mia vita da studente è finita, ma mi piacerebbe fare qualcosa insieme di tanto in tanto. Ho sempre un biglietto gratuito per le mie rappresentazioni, quindi posso offrirti un biglietto ogni tanto :) A casa mi piace molto cucinare e sono aperto a prendere un caffè, un tè, una birra o un bicchiere di vino insieme. I miei ex coinquilini erano tutti italiani.

I work in theater so my life as a student is over, but I'd love for us to do something together from time to time. I always get a free ticket for my performance, so I can offer you a ticket every now and then :) At home I really like to cook, and I'm open to coffee or tea or beer or wine.
