The room is spacious it comes with a bed, a shelf, a cupboard, a closed shelf, small mirror, a stand, study table, a chair, a dining table and some other accessories.
The entire cost would be 300 hundred euros.
The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave. You need to pay 180 euros for all the kitchen appliances. We also have a washing machine that we recently purchased so you also need to pay 130 euros. The 180+130 euros are prices that every tenant has to pay once they move in.
In summary apart from the deposit and the rent you have to pay me 610 euros for (furniture + kitchen appliances + washing machine).

This apartment is just opposite edeka and the bus stop is just a two min walk from the apartment. The apartment bldg also has a lift. Its a quite neighborhood. There's a nice park and a place nearby to walk that leads to the hills.
Please note one of our room mates also has a dog so you should be okay with that.
My roommates are pretty cool they students at RWTH and FH Aachen. Both of them are women so we prefer that a woman takes over my room after me.
They're pretty cool roommates they'll respect your privacy and also be a friend when you need them. So we prefer having someone who's pretty chill and easy going.
