Shared flat for two, one private room, near Rothe Eder train and bus station, near Netto and Mcfit (all 1 minute away).
There will be a signed sublet contract including the formal agreements, deposit and rent amount between us.
*** It's not possible to register your address ( Wohnsitz anmelden ) with this sublet contract, and the contract is only for formal purposes*** yet, you can assign your name tag on the mailbox during your stay.
Deposit will be transferred back on 20th of January 2024 according to the contract.
Everything around the house is shared and you can feel free to use them: a nice bicycle, 27" monitor with HDMI, personal refrigerators for each tenant, gas oven, air fryer, washing machine, microwave, vacuum and other stuff appeared in the photos are available to use.
The door to the room is noise isolated with acoustic panels from both sides.

The location is perfect: Rothe Erder Train station, Bus stop, Netto and Mcfit are not further than 2 minutes from the apartment
+ Bus 73 leaves every 15min from Rothe Erde.bf and you can reach most faculties in ~13min
The house is always kept neat and quiet, suitable for students, and we would welcome someone that shares the same habits. The other tenant is a very friendly and nice Persian fellow. During weekdays, he is at work from early morning until 17:00.
***Please note that Wohnsitz anmelden is not possible*** said it too many times already 😅
