Wanted a room for rent from 1st Sep 2011

Greetings from India.

I am student in RWTH University. I'm 24 years old, non-smoker, friendly and fluent in English. My hobbies are watching football, playing cricket, listening to music, watching movies, surfing net etc. I'm searching for a 2-3 sharing apartment with well lighted rooms, shared kitchen, shared bathroom and toilet .

As I'm a student;financing my studies on my own, the total cost of the room(including heating) for 1 person must be less than 210 Euros. The minimum size of a room should be 14 sq.meter.

I'm interested in staying with non-smokers and also the location apartment must be within walking distance(circa 20 minutes) to the University. The apartment has to be tidy and quiet.

I'm coming to Aachen on 22nd Aug 2011. I would be interested in looking at the apartment before making the decision.
