Mitbewohnerin, nur aber 1 Woche pro Monat

Hallo, ich bin ein 28-jähriger alt Spanierin, die seit 6 Jahren in Aachen lebt. Von nun an werde ich aus beruflichen Gründen nur noch eine Woche pro Monat nach Aachen kommen müssen.
Deshalb suche ich ein festes Zimmer, wo ich diese Woche bleiben kann. Ich werde ins Büro in der Nähe des Uniklinikums gehen (also suche ich nach etwas, das nicht allzu weit weg ist) und brauche das Zimmer hauptsächlich zum schlafen und um einige meiner Sachen zu lassen.
Ich werde also nicht die Mitbewohnerin sein, mit dem man viel Zeit verbringt, aber eigentlich bin ich recht freundlich und werde keine Probleme machen.

Hi, I am a 28-years old Spaniard who has lived in Aachen for 6 years. From now on, I will only need to come to Aachen one week per month due to work reasons.
So I am looking for a fixed room where I can stay this week. I will be going to the office around Uniklinik (so I am searching for something not too far away) and will need the room essentially to sleep and to leave some of my things.
So I won’t be the flatmate to spend a lot of time with, but actually I am quite friendly and won’t bring any troubles.
