Mitbewohner für 2er WG gesucht. Ich suche ab Mitte März oder Anfang April einen Nachmieter für mein WG Zimmer, in einer 4 Zimmer Wohnung, die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert und verfügt über ein grosses Wohnzimmer, neue Küche, Badezimmer mit WC und nochmals ein separates WC, ein Büro und 2 grosse Balkone. In der Küche und im Badezimmer gibt es Fussbodenheizung. Das Zimmer, welches zum vermieten ist, ist ca. 14m² gross und sehr hell. Zur Wohnung gehört noch ein Kellerabteil, eine Waschküche und ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, welche direkt übers Haus erreichbar ist.
Im Mietpreis 813€ (umgerechnet 1050.- Franken) ist alles inbegriffen, NK, Strom, WLAN und der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.
Der Mietbewohner, welcher in der Wohnung bleibt ist sehr umgänglich, geselig und hat viel Humor. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und in allen Räumen ist Parkett verlegt.
