Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1. Stock, mit direkter Anbindung zur großzügigen Küche und Wohnraum, die mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet sind. Das Zimmer hat zwei Fenster, eins zum Innenhof und eins zum Treppenhaus hin. Holzdielen machen den Raum gemütlich. Da ich selbst ausgezogen bin, such ich einen Zwischenmieter ab sofort bis zum 07.03. Das Zimmer wird ausgestattet sein mit einer Matratze, einem Stuhl, Zimmerpflanzen, Lampen und einem Kleiderharken. Gerne können eigene Möbel mitgebracht werden.

I rent my room from now on until the 7th of March. A longer stay is not possible. The room is part of a flat share with other 6 People. They are all nice and some of them are even native english speaker. The appartmant has everything you need for living. You are welcome to use the kitchen and of course the bathroom. Alfter is a village next to Bonn. There are many transport options to Bonn and Köln. You can check it out from the station Alfter Stühleshof which is two minutes away from the house.
Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. In 5 Minuten ist man an der Bahnstation Alfter Alanus Hochschule und von dort in 11 Minuten am Bonner HBf. Nach Köln braucht man je nach Verbindung 45 Minuten. Fußläufig sind ein Bioladen, Apotheken, Eisdiele, Bäcker und ein Edeka in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Hier lebt ein bunter Mix aus Studenten, einem Doktoranden und Berufstätigen. Wir sitzen gerne zusammen, Kochen oder Spielen, wobei auch jedem sein Freiraum gelassen wir. Die Interessengebiete reichen von Kunst, Sport, Reisen, etc.
Ein kürzerer Aufenthalt ist möglich. Dann beträgt die Miete pro Tag 10 €.
