Das Zimmer liegt im 2. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der schönen Sedanstraße. Es ist 14 m² groß und hat ein Fenster, das Richtung Norden geht. Das Zimmer wird möbliert mit einem Bett + Bettwäsche, einem Schrank, einer Kommode und einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, (welche auf dem Foto zu sehen sind) vermietet. Weitere Gegenstände werden ich vor der Vermietung aus dem Zimmer und den Möbeln entfernen.
Außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung ein großes Wohnzimmer, seine Küche mit Spülmaschine sowie diversen Küchenutensilien zum Kochen und Backen, einen sonnigen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht auf den Innenhof und ein Bad mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Die Räume sind hell und ruhig, mit typisch hohen Altbaudecken und Parkettboden.
WLAN / WiFi gibt es auch.

The room is located on the 2nd floor of a renovated old building in the beautiful Sedanstreet. It is 14 m² in size and has a north-facing window. The room is rented furnished with a bed + bedding, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk with chair (which can be seen in the photo). I will remove other items from the room and furniture before renting.
The apartment also has a large living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher and various kitchen utensils for cooking and baking, a sunny balcony with a beautiful view of the inner courtyard and a bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine and dryer.
The rooms are bright and quiet, with typical high ceilings and parquet flooring.
WLAN / WiFi is also available.

Die WG liegt genau zwischen Bahnhof und den Hauptgebäuden der Universität (jeweils zwei Minuten zu Fuß). Die Innenstadt und die nächste Straßnebahnhaltestelle erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. In der Sedanstraße gibt es zwei Supermärkte und das ganze Viertel besticht durch Bars, Cafés, Restaurants und schöne Häuser. Die Dreisam, die durch Freiburg fließt und deren Ufer zum Spazieren gehen und Fahrradfahren einlädt, ist auch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Wenn man also nur für kurze Zeit in Freiburg ist, ist dies sicher die perfekte Lage, um anzukommen und die Stadt kennenzulernen.

The shared flat is located right between the train station and the main university buildings (each a two-minute walk). The city center and the nearest tram stop are just a few minutes' walk away. There are two supermarkets in Sedanstraße and the whole area is full of bars, cafés, restaurants and beautiful houses. The Dreisam river, which flows through Freiburg and whose banks are perfect for walking and cycling, is also just a few minutes away.
So if you are only in Freiburg for a short time, this is certainly the perfect location to arrive and get to know the city.

Über deine Mitbewohner*innen:
- Adrien ist Webseitenentwickler und arbeitet für eine Umwelt-NGO. Er liebt Permakultur, Gesundheits- und politische Themen, Lesen und Spiele. Er ist auch der Hauptmieter und lebt fast vegan.
- Christian schreibt gerade seine Masterarbeit in Ingenieurwesen. Er liebt Musik, spielt Gitarre in einer Band, trifft gerne seine Freunde und fährt im Sommer viel Fahrrad.
- Miriam promoviert in Physik und kann alles in der Wohnung reparieren. Als waschechte Freiburgerin liebt sie das Radfahren . Sie ist Vegetarierin.
- Vera arbeitet in der kommunalen Klimaschutzberatung und liebt Puzzles, Brettspiele, Partys und Stricken.
Wir verstehen uns alle gut und teilen Werte wie Fürsorge, Unterstützung, Respekt, Ökologie und Sauberkeit. Obwohl wir unterschiedliche Persönlichkeiten und Lebensentwürfe haben, ist es schön, sich ganz natürlich zu treffen, zu kochen und/oder zu plaudern, wann immer es passt.

- Christian, German guy, just finished his master thesis in geo engineering. He has several bands and almost always makes some kind of music. Likes to do sports and is always down for a beer.
- Miriam, German girl, does a physics phd and is able to repair anything in the flat. A Proper Freiburger, she loves biking. She is vegetarian.
- Vera, German girl, works for the Energy Agentur, loves puzzles, board games, parties, knitting and singing in the flat :)
We all get on well and share values such as caring, support, respect, ecology and cleanliness. Although we have different personalities and lifestyles, it's nice to meet up naturally, cook and/or chat whenever it suits.
Occasionally we also do other activities together, such as a vegetarian/vegan dinner, bike rides, parties, brunches, pizza nights, movies, board games, puzzles, Pilates, crafts, etc.
