Dieses Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und billig.
Es ist gut ausgestattet. Da dieser Raum von Studenten genutzt wurde, spendeten sie ihre Utensilien, als sie gingen (das werde ich auch machen). Es gibt also fast alles, was Sie brauchen!

Löffel, Gabeln, Töpfe, Geschirr, Tassen, Elektroanschluss, Kaffeemaschine und sogar Geschirrspüler
[Zimmer]
Ein Schreibtisch, ein Stehlicht, ein Stuhl, ein Abstellraum, gut verbundenes WLAN und ein Schrank. Da ich Deutschland verlassen werde, überlasse ich Ihnen ebenfalls meine Matratze.
[Waschmaschine und Trockner]
Es gibt zwei Waschmaschinen und zwei Trockner im Erdgeschoss zur Mitbenutzung. Sie sind kostenlos, sodass Sie dafür nicht zusätzlich zahlen müssen :)
Es gibt es keine zusätzlichen Verwaltungsgebühren wie Steuern für Wasser, Internet, Strom.

Wie bereits erwähnt, habe ich mich für dieses Zimmer entschieden, da in dieser Wohnung fast alles vorhanden ist. Ich verlasse diese Wohnung, weil ich in mein Heimatland zurückkehren werde. Allerdings würde ich, wenn ich nicht gehen müsste, gerne in dieser Wohnung bleiben wollen, da es eine tolle Wohnung ist.

This room is really cozy and cheap.
it is well-equipped and I will leave them for free. As this room has been used by students, they donated their utensils when they left. (I will also do that). So, there are almost everything you need!

a desk, a standing light, a chair, a storage space, well-connected wifi, and a closet + I will leave Germany, so you can also take my mattress if you want.
[washing machine and dryer]
there are two washing machines and two dryers on the ground floor for sharing. They are for free, so you do not need to spend your money for your laundry :)
Also, there is no additional administrative fee such as taxes for water, internet, electricity.
270€ is ALL-INCLUDED price!
As I mentioned before, I chose this room because there are almost everything in this Flat. I’m leaving this flat because I should go back to my home country. If I had not needed to leave here, I definitely would have lived here more.

Erstens befindet es sich an einem sehr zugänglichen Ort. Es liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Bad Breisig und der Bushaltestelle Kirche. Es dauert zu Fuß nur 2 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle und 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Zudem dauert es nur 7 Minuten mit dem Zug nach Remagen (Ich bin seit einem Semester auf dem RheinAhr-Campus). Sie befindet sich auch in der Nähe des Rheins (es dauert nur 2 Minuten, um dorthin zu gelangen), sodass Sie jeden Morgen mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf den Rhein joggen können. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt es viele wie Kik, Tedi, ALDI, Lidl, Netto und einen türkischen Markt.
Firstly, it is located in a very approachable place. It is close to both train station(Bad Breisig) and bus stop(Kirche). It only takes 2 mins to the bus stop and 10mins to the train station by foot. And it takes 7 mins to Remagen by train (I have commuted to RheinAhr campus for a semester). also, it is close to Rhein river (it takes only 2 mins to get there), so you can jog every morning with a beautiful view of Rhein. And there are many shops near here such as Kik, tedi, ALDI, Lidl, Netto, and one Turkish market.
