Vermieten möbliertes Zimmer einer 4er Frauen-WG. Das Zimmer ist für eine Person, nur Nichtraucher.
Es gibt 2 Bäder und eine Küche zur Mitbenutzung. Die Küche ist komplett mit Geschirr und Töpfen ausgestattet. Im Moment wird die WG von zwei Studentinnen und einer Praktikantin bewohnt. Das Zimmer kann auch gerne von einer Studentin bzw. einer Berufstätigen gemietet werden
Die Miete beträgt 450,00 Euro im Monat inkl. NK. Bei Bedarf besteht die Möglichkeit der Internetnutzung und der Waschmaschinenmitbenutzung (20,00 Euro im Monat).
Wir befinden uns 5 Min von der S-Bahn-Station Niederhöchstadt entfernt, Mit der S-Bahn ist man in ca. 25 bis 30 Min in Bad Homburg Bahnhof (mit dem Auto ca. 12 km).
Eine kürzere Zwischenmiete ist auch möglich.
