The room is really big, nice and fully furnished. Also, you will have your own bathroom. There are 5 windows (2 small in the bathroom and 3 big one) so it is very sunny in the room. From furniture, you have everything - 2 big wardrobes, 1 big table etc. So you don't need to buy anything
The House is located 1 minute from the tram station(Am spitzenbach) and around 7 minutes till the train station. There is always free parking in front of the house so if you have a car it is a really nice place to stay.Also, around 2 minutes till the bus stop (565 )
There is really nice garden with everything necessary for the BBQ
The kitchen is also equipped with Wash machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Oven, Sandwich-Maker, and Fridge.
The rent is 380 euro (Including everything (even radio)) + 500 Deposit.
The contract begins from the 1st of February (or can be discussed).
