Hello dear Students, we are looking for a roommate . The Apartment is only for two Persons. (one Student from IUBH, already living there)
The big kitchen, has everything you need. And the Bathroom , you only share with one Person, a student also, from IUBH

Das Haus befindet sich ca. 250m von der IUBH entfernt. Die Die Anbindungen mit Bus und Bahn sind perfekt quasi direkt um die Ecke. Auch der Weg zum Bahnhof beträgt ungefähr 5 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer nähe. Auch ein Tankstelle und ein Kiosk ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Möglichkeit diverser Sport Aktivitäten sind gegeben.
Im Haus wohnen nur Studenten der IUBH. Alle verstehen sich sehr gut durch die Große Terasse und dem Wohnzimmer entsteht ein super Gemeinschaftsleben. Wer sich jedoch zurück ziehen möchte und lernen will kann dies in seinem Zimmer machen oder in der IUBH-Bibliothek welche direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite ist. Die Bewohner sind aus unterschiedlichen Ländern so spricht man vorzugsweise Englisch in der WG.
Im Haus gibt es eine Putzfrau die 1 mal die Woche alle Aufenthaltsräume, Bäder und Küchen putzt. Es gibt viele Parkmöglichkeiten auf den öffentlichen Straßen nicht weit vom Haus entfernt. Es sind ca 2 min zur IUBH. Bei Interesse für eine Wohnung oder nur für ein einzelnes Zimmer schreibt mir bitte eine e-mail an:
