Interessenten gesucht für WG (Neugründung) - Possibility for new Flatshare

Das Haus befindet sich in Rottbitze, Aegidienberg (Bad Honnef). Es gibt einen direkten Anschluss an die A3, und somit kommt man schnell nach Köln, Bonn und andere Städte. Es ist eine ruhige Nachbarschaft, und verschiedene Discounter sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Man kommt auch schnell an verschiedene Waldwege, die alle super schön an allen Jahreszeiten sind.

Bushaltestelle ist auch fußläufig erreichbar mit der man gut nach Bad Honnef city kommt.


The house is located in Rottbitze, a suburb of Aegidienberg (Bad Honnef). There is direct access to the A3 which allows for quick drive to various cities, so commute is pretty easy.

The bus stops is also just down the road and allows for easy to commute to Bad Honnef city.

It’s a very quiet neighborhood, but Aldi/Lidl/Norma in walking distance. The woods are also directly in walking distance.

Die Doppelhaushälfte ist wirklich gut geschnitten mit Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer, Küche, separates WC, Hauswirtschaftsraum und Abstellkammer im EG. Es gibt eine schöne Terasse mit kleinem Garten, wo es sich wirklich super im Sommer verweilen lässt. Das sind alles Gemeinschaftsflächen die wir uns teilen würden.

Im 1 OG ist dein Zimmer, zwei kleinere (die ich mieten würde) und ein gemeinsames Bad, mit Dusche und Badewanne (und Klo natürlich). Es gibt zwar noch einen Speicher, der aber momentan ungenutzt ist.

Mal zu mir: Ich bin 29, arbeite als Content Editor bei einer Firma in Köln. Ich bin hauptsächlich im Home Office (deswegen das zweite Zimmer) und bin gebürtige Süd Afrikanerin. Ich bin queer, deswegen ist mir auch eine offene lebensart wichtig. Zu mir gehört ein großer Hund, also solltest du auch eine Menge Tierliebe mitbringen :) ich bin nebenbei auch Künstlerin und zeichne/mache Dinge super gerne.

Die Nachbarn sind alle wirklich nett und helfen einem sehr gerne wenn was ist.

The semi-detached house is really well laid out, with a living/dining room, kitchen, separate WC, utility room, and storage room on the ground floor. There’s a lovely terrace with a small garden, which is a great place to hang out in the summer. These are all shared spaces that we would be using together.

On the first floor, there’s your room, two smaller rooms (which I would rent), and a shared bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and, of course, a toilet. There’s also an attic, but it’s currently not in use.

A bit about me: I’m 29 and work as a content editor for a company in Cologne. I mostly work from home (hence the second room) and am originally from South Africa. I’m queer, so having an open-minded lifestyle is important to me. I also have a large dog, so you should be comfortable with animals and ideally love them! In my free time, I spend a lot of time on art and crafting stuff.

The neighbors are super nice people and are always willing to help out if need be.

Es gibt keine zusätzlichen Gebühren für die Kaution oder Übernahmekosten für vorhandene Möbel usw. Allerdings würde ich dich bitten, eine private Haftpflichtversicherung zu haben, falls du versehentlich etwas beschädigst.

Das ist erst einmal eine Interessenabfrage, da ich nächste Woche mit der Vermieterin sprechen kann! Ich weiß auch noch nicht ob ein weiterer Hund erlaubt wäre.

There is no additional fees for deposit, or taking over costs for existing furniture etc. But I would request you have personal insurance for if you accidentally damage something.

This is an interest check, as I will be able to talk to the land lady next week! Im also not yet sure if an additional dog would be allowed.
