Derzeit leben vier Auszubildende und eine Studentin im Haus.
Du wirst die WG-Bewohnerin währen der Besichtigung kennenlernen.
Ein harmonisches, angenehmes Miteinander sowie ein „sauberes“ Zusammenleben sind uns wichtig. Bei geschlossener Tür ist natürlich die Privatsphäre zu respektieren.
!! Wichtig: Nichtraucher !!
Rauchen in gesamter Wohnung und auf den Zimmern (einschl. Terrasse) ist nicht erlaubt.
Tierhaltung ist ebenso nicht erwünscht !

There are currently four trainees, one student living in the house.
During the visit you will get to know the flat shared resident.
A harmonious, pleasant togetherness as well as a "clean" togetherness are important to us. When the door is closed, privacy must of course be preserved.
!! Important: non-smokers !!
Smoking in the entire apartment and in the rooms (including the terrace) is not permitted.
Keeping animals is also not allowed!
Du bekommst deinen eigenen Mietvertrag direkt vom Vermieter. Somit können die Zimmer unabhängig voneinander gekündigt werden, d.h. wenn ein Zimmer in der Haus-WG leer steht, dann musst du nicht draufzahlen.
Es gibt keine versteckten Kosten, in den Nebenkosten sind alle Kosten enthalten inkl. Internet über WLAN, Rundfunkgebühr und Strom, Warmwasser, Heizung (bei normalem Verbrauch).
Wenn du mit dem Energieverbrauch nicht übertreibst, musst du am Ende des Jahres nicht nachzahlen.
Fernsehen nur über Internet möglich.
Fahrräder können in der Garage abgestellt werden.
Bei Interesse ist ein früherer Einzugstermin möglich !
