Bieten möbliertes Zimmer für eine Person mit eigenem Bad an. Zweck-WG! Nur Nichtraucher.
Dazu gehört ein Vorraum zur Mitbenutzung mit Tisch und einer kleinen Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank. Auf der Küchenzeile befindet sich ein Mini-Backofen, ein Toaster und ein Wasserkocher. Geschirr und Besteck ist vorhanden. Kein offenes Kochen möglich (keine Kochplatte).
Die Miete beträgt 380,00 Euro im Monat inkl. NK. Bei Bedarf besteht die Möglichkeit der Internetnutzung und der Waschmaschinenmitbenutzung (20,00 Euro im Monat)..
Wir befinden uns 5 Min von der S-Bahn-Station Niederhöchstadt entfernt, von hier aus fährt alle 15 Min eine S-Bahn nach Frankfurt (Eschborn-Süd 5 Min, Messe 12 Min, Hbf 16 Min, Innenstadt 20 Min). Die Gewerbegebiete Eschborn und Schwalbach sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar. Bad Soden ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca . 15 Min oder mit der S-Bahn in 8Min erreichbar.
Eine kürzere Zwischenmiete ist auch möglich.
