I am subletting my room for three months while being away on research. Its a spacious room with a walk in clost and a of storage space. Its one of 4 bedrooms in our wonderful communal flat share. No smoking is allowed inside the flat and we live with the cutest dog.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, storage options and decoration. A place to be home.
The flat is perfectly situated just a few minutes away from the historic center of the town, with opportunities for food shopping very close by.
The house in which we live looks back at a long history of communal living. Since the 1970s it was run as a commune with strong involvements in food- and house sharing structure in Bayreuth.
The room available is located in the groundfloor flat. Your current flatmates will be Luisa who works for the university, Alina working and studying, her dog Arora and George.
Sadly the garden has changed, maybe the green gras will still make our summer nice, but the trees were chopped down.
