Hallo :) Da ich umziehe, will ich mein Zimmer ab dem 1.2. bis 30.3 untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist im Studentenwohnheim WA am Kreutstein ( https://www.studentenwerk-oberfranken.de/wohnen/wohnheime/bayreuth/am-kreuzstein.html) und deshalb nur für Studenten (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung WS 2022/23) vermietbar. Du würdest dir Küche und Bad mit einer anderen Person teilen. Es ist voll möbiliert (begehbarer Kleiderschrank, Schlafcouch, Schreibtisch und Regale mit viel Stauraum), Küchenutensilien müsstest du allerdings selber mitbringen. In der Küche gibt es einen Kühlschrank, zwei Herdplatten und einen Schrank. An das Zimmer grenzt ein kleiner Balkon. In dem Mitpreis sind alle Nebenkosten und Internet mit drinnen.
Hello :) Since I'm moving, I want to sublet my room from February 1st. to 30.3. The room is in the student residence WA am Kreutstein ( https://www.studentenwerk-oberfranken.de/wohnen/wohnheime/bayreuth/am-kreuzstein.html) and can therefore only be rented for students (certificate of enrollment WS 2022/23). You would share the kitchen and bathroom with another person. It is fully furnished (walk-in closet, sofa bed, desk and shelves with plenty of storage space), but you have to bring your own kitchen utensils. In the kitchen there is a fridge, two hotplates and a cupboard. A small balcony borders the room. All additional costs and internet are included in the price.
Für Studenten ist die Lage perfekt! In 6 min zu Fuß ist man an der Mensa, von der auch regelmäßig Busse in die Stadt fahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, DM, Bäcker, Lidl) sind in ca. 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lage ist auch sehr ruhig, da die Straße nicht direkt daran vorbeiführt.
The location is perfect for students! In 6 walking-minutes you are at the canteen, from which buses regularly go into the city. Shops (Rewe, DM, bakers, Lidl) can be reached in about 10 walking-minutes. The location is also very quiet as the road doesn't go right past it.
Du würdest mit My Van (21, Studentin) zusammenwohnen. Sie ist häufig beschäftigt, aber immer offen für Gespräche oder gemeinsames kochen etc.
You would live with My Van (21, student). She is often busy, but always open for conversations or cooking together etc
