Das Zimmer hat 2 große Fenster und ist dadurch sehr hell. Es ist frisch renoviert und sehr gemütlich.
Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur vorstellen kann (Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Töpfe und Geschirr sowie ein großer Kühlschrank usw.).
Das Bad und die Toilette sind getrennt, das besonders praktisch für eine WG ist, eine Was
Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon mit einem gemütlichen Ausblick .
Die WG liegt 5 min vom Festspielhaus entfernt, 3 min vom Bahnhof und in einer insgesamt ruhigen, sicheren Gegend.
Wir sind Lina und Lena, studieren beide und arbeiten nebenbei als Werkstudenten. 3 Katzen leben mit uns. Wir sind nette, offene Mitbewohnerin, die einander sowohl viel Freiraum geben als auch gerne mal zusammen ausgehen und quatschen.
In den Kosten ist alles enthalten (Internet, Heizkosten, Strom usw.). Die Kaution ist wichtig für die Vermieterin, aber du bekommst sie natürlich zurück. Bei Interesse freuen wir uns auf deine Nachricht hier! :)
