hey ihr Suchenden.
Da ich ins Aausland gehe, werde ich Schweren herzens mein zimmer vermieten. unsere Wg liegt direkt am luitpoldplatz, mit blick auf das rathaus. die nächste Bushalte liegt vor der haustür,in die Fußgängerzone sind es 2 min zu fuß, in die uni ca.20 min.(mit dem fahrrad je nach Fahrstil 6-10min). alles wichitge in bayreuth lässt sich zu fuß innerhalb von 20 min erreichen, unf für längere strecken stände auch ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung.
Unsere Wohnung ist sehr groß( ca.150qm), und wir teilen uns Bad, Gästeklo und Küche, in der auch des öfteren zusammen gekocht oder gefeiert wird.
wir sind: 1 Sportökonomin, 1 geograph, 1 physiotherapeutin, x, DU!
wenn ihr Lust habt auf eine super WG mit entspannten, lustigen Menschen in perfekter Wohnlage , dann meldet euch.
Ach ja, der Preis ist natürlich all inclusive! Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit das Zimmer nur zur zwischenmiete bis januar, bzw.Juni. wer bilder sehn will muss einfach vorbei kommen und sich eines verschaffen:)
