Wir suchen eine/-n Mitbewohner/-in zur Zwischenmiete!
Und zwar für ein schönes 12m²-Zimmer in der gemütlichsten und lässigsten aller drei WGs im "Hotel Nobel". Im Dachgeschoss thronst du zusammen mit Clemens (Dr. in spe) über zwei 3er-WGs in einem Haus voller toller, studierender Mitbewohner jeglicher Genres (Geographie, Geoökologie, Physik, Wirtschaft/-singenieur) und Stadien (Bachelor/Master/PhD).
Unser heiß geliebtes „Hotel Nobel“ befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet zwischen Kreuzsteinbad und Hofgarten in bester Lage. Mit dem Rad bist Du innerhalb von fünf Minuten sowohl an der Uni als auch der Innenstadt. Noch kürzer ist es nur zu den Läden für das Nötigste (eine Bäckerei, ein Lidl, eine dm-Filliale, ein Metzger; für Notfälle auch eine Tankstelle, und ein Rewe ist auch nicht weit). Im Haus selbst gibt es alles was man zum Überleben so braucht (Waschmaschine, Garten, Keller...).

Also: nichts muss, alles kann, schau's Dir einfach an und mach Dir ein Bild!
Da ich (Julian) Ende Oktober für 5-6 Monate ins Ausland gehe, vermiete ich mein Zimmer für diese Zeit – am liebsten möbliert - unter. Was, wie und von wann bis wann genau können wir noch absprechen, dass es uns beiden möglichst gut passt. Meld Dich bei uns, komm vorbei und schau es Dir an!
