WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in Innenstadt

Die Wohnung ist eine Straße von der Maximilianstraße entfernt, daher zentral aber trotzdem ruhig.

10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum ZOH, 4 Minuten bis zur nächsten Haltestelle, 15 bis zum Bahnhof, etwa 5 Minuten vom BioBio-Laden, Asialaden, Netto. Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Uni in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Als Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es mietbare Parkplätze im Innenhof und in der Nähe. Generell findet man weiter weg aber Parkmöglichkeiten. Für Fahrräder haben wir einen Schuppen.

The flat is one street away from Maximilianstraße, as such in a central but quiet area.

10 min by foot to the central bus station, 4 min to the next bus stop, 15 min to the train station, ~5 minutes to the BioBio store, the Asian store and Netto. You can cycle to uni in about 10 minutes.

For parking options we have some rentable parking spots in the inner courtyard as well as in the area. Generally you can find some parking spots further away. There is a shed for bicycles.

Wir sind schon seit langer Zeit eine internationale WG mit gemischten Hintergründen. Die einen arbeiten, die anderen gehen zur Uni. Das Durchschnittsalter in der WG ist etwa 25. Generell wird untereinander Englisch gesprochen. Durch unser geräumiges Wohnzimmer kann man gut Freunde einladen und chillen. Während wir meistens keine großen Parties veranstalten oder geregelte gemeinsame Wg-Aktivitäten haben, reden wir gerne miteinander und laden zum Essen ein.

We have been an international flat for a long time. Our backgrounds are mixed: some go to work, some go to uni. The average age is about 25. Generally we speak in English to each other. Because of the large size of our living room it's easy to have friends over and chill for a bit. While we don't usually throw house parties and don't have shared regular activities, we like to hang out and share some food.

Da der Hauptmieter in knapp 2 Monaten auszieht, wird das Zimmer lediglich zur Zwischenmiete angeboten. Es eignet sich perfekt dafür, zusätzlich zu den Möbeln auch noch Geschirr, Töpfe & Pfannen von der WG bereitgestellt wird.
Grundlegende Nahrungsmittel wie Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Kartoffel oder Öl werden auch von der WG geteilt und bei Bedarf nachgekauft.

Since the main tenant will be moving out in about 2 months, the room is being offered for temporary rent. It's perfect for it since in addition to the furniture, dishes, pots and pans are provided by the flat. Basic food like onions, garlic, potatoes and cooking oil are also shared and stocked up when the demand arises.
