Ende September verlasse ich die schöne Albert-Preu-Str. und mein Zimmer ist zu haben! Es ist mit einem Hochbett (daher die Leiter) sowie einem Schlafsofa ausgestattet. Daneben habe ich zwei Regale, zwei Lampen, 3 kleine Spiegel und möglicherweise ein paar Pflanzen abzugeben. Für all diese Dinge würde ich gern 200 Euro haben.
Im Obergeschoss gelegen, hat die Wohnung einige Dachschrägen und Balken, weshalb das Zimmer mit 13 qm angegeben ist, die Grundfläche ist allerdings größer. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung auch durch die hölzerne Deckenverkleidung und Balken sehr gemütlich :) Die Küche ist zwar nicht besonders groß, meine Kochlaunen musste ich deswegen allerdings nie einschränken. Sie ist im Grunde mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Die Wg besitzt 1 Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine und ein kleineres mit Toilette.
After finishing the courses for my Master's, I will leave the Albert-Preu-Straße by the end of September. My room is equipped with a loft bed (hence the ladder), a sofa bed, two shelves, mirrors, two lamps and a few other things such as plants and wooden boxes. For all these things I would like to get 200 euros.
Located on the upper floor, the flat has some sloping ceilings and beams, which is why the room is listed as 13 sqm, but the floor space is larger. Overall, the flat is also very cosy due to the wooden ceiling panelling and beams :) The kitchen is not very big, but I never had to restrict my cooking moods because of it. It is basically equipped with everything important. The flat has 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine and a smaller one with toilet.
Ich empfinde die Lage als uneingeschränkt optimal :) Die Albert-Preu-Str. ist eine ruhige hübsche Straße unweit der Innenstadt (knapp 10 min), dem Bahnhof (knapp 20 min) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (je nach Laden 10 - 20 min) - alles zu Fuß. Die Uni ist auch innerhalb von 10 min mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Wenn du gerne Zeit in der Natur verbringst, ist die WG ebenfalls gut gelegen: Der sogenannte Studentenwald und auch der Festspielwald sind in circa 20 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer nicht gerne läuft, hat es hier mit der vermutlich nicht mal 5 min entfernten Bushaltestelle ebenfalls gut.
I find the location to be absolutely ideal :) Albert-Preu-Str. is a quiet, pretty street not far from the city centre (not even 10 min), the train station (just under 20 min) and shopping facilities (10 - 20 min, depending on the shop) - all within walking distance. The university can also be reached within 10 minutes by bike. If you like to spend time in nature, the WG is also well located: The so-called Studentenwald and the Festspielwald are about 20 minutes away on foot. If you don't like walking, the bus stop is probably less than 5 minutes away.
Du wirst mit Anna und Iva zusammenleben. Anna zieht im September neu ein, um Jura zu studieren. Iva promoviert in Experimental Physics an der Uni Bayreuth. Bislang gestaltete sich unser Zusammenleben sehr angenehm flexibel, d. h. wir haben etwa 2x pro Woche in der Küche Kaffee/Tee/Wasser/etc. getrunken oder abends gemeinsam gegessen, das Putzen lief auch ohne Plan ganz gut ausgeglichen und beim Bad kamen wir uns so gut wie nie in die Quere.
You will live with Anna and Iva. Anna is moving in in September to study law. Iva is doing her PhD in Experimental Physics at the University of Bayreuth. So far, our life together has been very flexible, i.e. we've had coffee/tea/water/etc. in the kitchen about twice a week or eaten together in the evenings, the cleaning went quite well without a plan and we hardly ever got in each other's way when it came to the bathroom.
