Ende März wird bei uns in der WG das schönste und größte Zimmer frei, da unser Mitbewohner Leo uns leider verlassen wird. Das Zimmer ist 21qm groß und hat einen sehr schönen Schnitt. Die Warmmiete ist inklusive Strom, Heizung, Wlan und GEZ Gebühren, da kommt also nichts mehr dazu. Wir wohnen zu dritt in einer gemütlichen Altbauwohnung und haben ein sehr entspanntes WG Leben. Die Küche ist groß und eignet sich gut für gemeinsame Kochabende. In der WG verbleiben werden meine Mitbewohnerin Katha 22 und ich, Antonia 23. Wir studieren beide an der Uni Bayreuth.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Man läuft 3 Minuten zum ZOH oder in die Stadt und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar.
