Das Zimmer ist circa 25 qm groß, hat hohe Decken und ein großes Doppelfenster. Es ist schön hell und es kommt kein Lärm von der Straße rein. Es gibt die Möglichkeit nach Absprache einige Möbel zu übernehmen.
In der Wg befindet sich neben Bad, Küche mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kochutensilien etc. ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen Couch und genügend Platz für Wäscheständer o.ä. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller.

The room is about 25 square meters, has high ceilings and a large double window. It is bright and quiet all day long. There is the possibility
to take over some of the furniture.
In the flat there is a bathroom, a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, several cooking utensils etc. and a living room with a big couch and enough space for clothes horse or similar. A washing machine is located in the basement.

Das Appartment liegt zwischen Bahnhof und Oberfrankenhalle. In der unmittelbaren Nähe liegt eine Bushaltestelle und ein Supermarkt. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 10 min an der Uni und in 5 in der Innenstadt.

The apartment is located between the train station and the Oberfrankenhalle. A few steps away is a bus stop and a supermarket. By bike you can reach the university in 10 minutes and the city center in 5.

Ich ziehe voraussichtlich Mitte September oder Anfang Oktober aus, ab da kannst du dann das Zimmer übernehmen und wir teilen die Miete noch gerecht auf! Das Auszugsadatum ist auch flexibel, nach Absprache kannst du auch etwas länger bleiben. Meine Mitbewohnerin ist für ein Semester im Ausland, weshalb das andere Zimmer ebenso zur Zwischenmiete frei wird. Wer genau dort einzieht ist noch unklar, falls du also jemanden kennst der mit dir einziehen könnte, gib uns gern Bescheid!

I will probably move out in mid-September or early October, from then on you can take over the room and we still split the rent fairly! The date to move out is flexible, if you need to stay a little bit longer we can find a way to make it possible! My roommate is abroad for a semester, which is why the other room is also available for interim rent. Who exactly will move in is still unclear, so if you know someone who could move in with you, please let us know!
Perfect for Erasmus students, or people who are new to Bayreuth and are looking for a first place to stay.
