Da die Wohnung aus persönlichen Gründen des aktuellen Mieters schon in den nächsten Tage aufgegeben wird, wäre ein Einzug jederzeit möglich.
Die Wohnung eignet sich optimal als WG für Studenten oder auch als sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung für ein Paar, gerne mit Kindern oder evtl. mit Haustieren.
