Cheap, furnished and cosy

Hello!
My name is Alina. I am coming from Russia to study Intercultural Anglophone Master's at the university of Bayreuth. So I am looking for a room or one room apartment (200-250 euro per month).
I would prefer to rent the flat for the whole period of my stay in Bayreuth (2 years), but I can also move out after winter semester.
I agree to pay for the existing furniture if so demands the landlord (only if the price doesn't exceed 200 euro).
I am 21 years old. I enjoy music, play piano and Indian flute. I am going to attend university's choir. I would like to take a part-time job. So I wouldn't be sitting in my room all the time (this may concern my future neighbours :)). I don't make mess and prefer washing dishes right after having a meal :D
