Minimum size of the room: At least 14 m²

Profile:
I am a quiet student, respectful of the apartment and others' boundaries, and financially solvent enough to make all necessary payments. I do not smoke and am mostly a teetotaler. As such, I would be well matched with people sharing these traits/preferences. In my spare time, I like to read, take a walk/jog, watch movies/TV shows, play games, or engage in sports (mostly football). As I am coming to Germany from abroad, I cannot bring any furniture myself, but any furnishing neccessities can be worked out on arrival.

I am carefree about features like having a balcony, garden or terrace in the place. As I will travel by bus or walking, no parking space is needed. If the property is on the third floor or higher, an elevator would be preferred, but not strictly neccessary. For washing, a place to shower will be enough; bathtubs are not required.

Profil:
Ich bin ein ruhiger Student, respektiere die Wohnung und die Grenzen anderer und bin finanziell solvent genug, um alle notwendigen Zahlungen zu leisten. Ich rauche nicht und bin meist ein Abstinenzler. Daher würde ich gut zu Leuten passen, die diese Eigenschaften/Präferenzen teilen. In meiner Freizeit lese ich gerne, gehe spazieren/joggen, schaue Filme/Fernsehsendungen, spiele Spiele oder treibe Sport (hauptsächlich Fußball). Da ich aus dem Ausland nach Deutschland komme, kann ich selbst keine Möbel mitbringen, aber alle Einrichtungsbedürfnisse können bei der Ankunft geklärt werden.

Mir ist es egal, ob die Wohnung über einen Balkon, Garten oder eine Terrasse verfügt. Da ich mit dem Bus oder zu Fuß unterwegs sein werde, brauche ich keinen Parkplatz. Wenn die Wohnung im dritten Stock oder höher liegt, wäre ein Aufzug wünschenswert, aber nicht unbedingt notwendig. Zum Waschen reicht ein Platz zum Duschen aus; eine Badewanne ist nicht erforderlich.

Als Mitglied einer Wohngemeinschaft bin ich bereit, meinen Teil beizutragen - beim Kochen, Putzen oder anderweitig zu helfen, wenn es nötig ist.
