Hello there :D
Since I am leaving Bayreuth this summer for an internship opportunity I am looking for someone to sublet my furnished room in Bayreuth in the Studentendorf Birken student residence.
The room is cozy and spacious and located in six people WG. It is equipped with its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and a lot of storage space. additionally, the room is very bright since it has a large window and a glass, floor-to-ceiling door that connects to a balcony.
The apartment has a large kitchen, shared with 5 lovely people. It comes equipped with a fridge, a freezer, a stovetop, an oven, cabinets, and a large round dining table.
the dorm is conveniently located between the university campus (5 min by foot) and the city center (15 min by foot). The area of the dormitory is quiet and student-friendly there is a bus station located right in front of the building and there is a Rewe 9 min away by foot.
Unfortunately, the room can be only sublet to a student of the University of Bayreuth until the end of September.

Hallo zusammen :D
Da ich diesen Sommer Bayreuth für ein Praktikum verlassen werde, suche ich jemanden, der mein möbliertes Zimmer in Bayreuth im Studentendorf Birken Studentenwohnheim untervermietet.
Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und geräumig und befindet sich in einer 6er-WG. Es ist mit einem eigenen Bad, Kleiderschrank und viel Regale ausgestattet. Zusätzlich ist das Zimmer sehr hell, da es ein großes Fenster und eine Glastür hat, die zu einem Balkon führt.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Küche, die mit 5 liebenswerten Personen geteilt wird. Sie ist mit einem Kühlschrank, einem Tiefkühlschrank, einem Herd, einem Backofen, viele Schränken und einem großen runden Esstisch ausgestattet.
Das Studentenwohnheim befindet sich zwischen dem Campus (5 Minuten zu Fuß) und dem Stadtzentrum (15 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Umgebung des Wohnheims ist ruhig und studentenfreundlich. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Gebäude und eine Rewe, der 9 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist.
Leider kann das Zimmer nur bis Ende September an einen Studenten der Universität Bayreuth untervermietet werden.
