Big beautiful room in front of the Kanal// Schönes-Grosses-Helles Zimmer an der Kanal!

Here is a very very nice room for the last bit of Winter!
I won´t write a very long message so please read it;)
The flat is directly in from of the canal, or river, altbau, dielenfloor, 1st floor.

All genders/sexual preferences/colors/hights/place of birth on earth/languages/age/ are welcome!🌷
Just know, no macho attitude shit🐺🌘

The incredible and beautiful room has a 26m2, very comfi, and the flat has a really nice energy!

Cheaper than original price, gas and electricity has gone up to 3 times its price for real, no Airbnb shit, we don’t profit, we don´t want to make the house situation in Berlin get worse and worse!
And we want someone that really needs it☺️
It is just a very nice apartment with a very new contract. But also becuase of this wierd times, we just decided to give it cheaper for someone in need=)

The surrounding is amazing, the river, coffee houses, cinema, bars, night life, if these crazy situation ever goes away... otherwise very nice to walk around the canal (which is always full on Sunny days:) ), and meet some friends for a coffee and sit by the river, Maybachufer, Ubahn, Bus 104,166, N94.
We are looking for someone nice, tidy and nett that is in the search for a home.

Hier ist ein sehr sehr schönes Zimmer Frei!
Ich werde keine lange Nachricht schreiben, also lies es bitte durch ;)
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt vom Kanal, Altbau, Dielenfloor, 1. Stock.

Das Wünderschöne Zimmer ist 26m2, sehr schönes und gemütliche Zimmer, und die Wohnung hat einfach eine nette Stimmung!

Cheaper than Original preis, keine Erhöhung, kein Airbnb shit, nichts, einfach tolle, schöne neue vertrag Wohnung. Wir wollen die Berliner Wohnung Situation nicht schlimmer machen! Und möchten gerne jemanden dabei haven die das haya wirjlich braucht☺️ Und besonderes in this wierd times, wegen dieser seltsamen Zeit haben wir uns entschlossen, es für jemanden in Not billiger zu machen =)

Die Umgebung ist unglaublich, der kanal, Kaffeehäuser, Kino, Bars, Nachtleben, falls diese verrückte Situation jemals verschwindet ... ansonsten sehr schön, um den Kanal herumzulaufen (immer voll in sonnige Tage:) ) und ein paar Freunde auf einen Kaffee zu treffen und am kanal zu sitzen, Maybachufer, Ubahn, Bus 104, 166, N94.
Wir suchen jemanden, der nett, ordentlich und nett ist und auf der Suche nach einem Zuhause ist.
