Short term sublet for August.
It's the most quiet place I have ever lived. I literally never hear my neighbors. Which is great, but also means no parties etc in the flat.
Its 3 room apartment you can have all for yourself (660 euro per month) or share with one person.
All rooms are isolated and you can decide which one want to sleep in.
One room has balcony.
There is one huge table which is great for office work and super fast WiFi.
In the kitchen there is really big fridge, oven, dishwasher, microvawe, induction stove, instant pot and blender.
There is 1 double mattress in the place made of amazing natural materials, 1 small futon mattress and one couch.
I would like to leave my place to 2 responsible adults or a small family.

The place is not central, but the connection is pretty good.
Adlershof Sbahn is 20 min walk or 5 min on the bus from my place (bus also goes directly to airport as well). Buses go every 10 min usually and bus station is 1 min from my house.
The connection is pretty good. There are 5 lines going from Adlershof both directions each. S 9 goes to Schonefeld airport and mitte. S46 and S45 to neukolln. S8 to Prenzlauer berg and Trepower park. Buses also go to S bahn Köpenick (s3), which is quite convinient.
In the neighbourhood there is not so much going on, but the infrastructure generally good. There are several big supermarkets, fitness club, gas station and very nice ice cream shop on my street
