La habitación es adecuada sólo para UNA persona. La cama es individual, de tamaño normal (200x90 cm). Esta habitación pertenece a una chica y en la otra habitación estará viviendo también una chica (24 años), así que estamos buscando una chica NON SMOKING.
No estaré en la ciudad en absoluto (es por eso que la habitación estará disponible). La chica de la otra habitación habla inglés, alemán, ruso y ucraniano.
Habrá un acuerdo de subbote. Está pensado como alojamiento de corto plazo y no es posible registrarse como vivienda permanente (no es posible anmeldung).
La habitación es espaciosa y soleada, sol del amanecer hasta alrededor de 13-14 h.La cama tiene un tamaño individual (90x200). Hay una pequeña mesa y un pequeño escritorio.
Los espacios comunes son una sala de estar (unos 25 m2), una "cocina viva" (unos 20 m2) y el balcón (un desde las 12 de la mañana hasta el atardecer). Yo instruí las plantas para llevar una vida independiente, no necesitas cuidarlas en absoluto.
La casa está en una pequeña calle lateral del Landsberger Allee, en el distrito Lichtenberg. Conexión directa con Alexander Platz (22 minutos) y Frankfurter Allee (16 minutos). Warschauer Straße y Eberswalder Straße aprox. 25 minutos con 1 cambio. En el tiempo del día, se llega incluso a Kreuzberg, Wedding o Neukölln en no más de 30 minutos. El tranvía funciona toda la noche.
5 minutos a pie de la casa es la antigua prisión de la policía secreta de Alemania del Este, lugar interesante para visitar. A 5 minutos de la casa hay un centro comercial con Aldi, Rewe y más. No muy lejos (5 minutos en bicicleta) hay un Kaufland.
En el piso hay todo lo que necesitas para vivir.

The room is suitable only for ONE person. The bed is individual, in normal size (200x90 cm). This room belongs to a girl and in the other room will be living also a girl (24 yo), so we are looking for a NON SMOKING girl.
I will not be in the city at all (that's why the room will be available). The girl in the other room speaks english, german, russian and ukrainian.
There will be a sublet agreement. It is intended as short time accomodation only and it is not possible to register as permanent housing (no anmeldung possible).
The room is spacious and sunny, sunshine from sunrise until about 13-14 h.The bed has an individual size (90x200). There is a small table and a small desk.
The common spaces are a living room (about 25 m2), a "living-kitchen" (about 20 m2) and the balcony (sun from 12 in the morning to sunset). I educated the plants to carry an independent life, you don't need to take care about them at all.

Tramway para directamente delante de la cuadra. 22 minutos a Alexander Platz, 9 minutos a S-Bahn Landsberger Allee, aprox. 15 minutos a Frankfurter Allee, sin cambios. Con 1 cambio, aprox. 20 minutos a Warschauer Straße y a Mauer Park. El tranvía M6 funciona toda la noche.
También buena conexión con el campus en Tierpark (tramway M17 y 27).
Tramway stops direct in front of the block. 22 minutes to Alexander Platz, 9 minutes to S-Bahn Landsberger Allee, ca. 15 minutes to Frankfurter Allee, without changes. With 1 change, ca. 20 minutes to Warschauer Straße and to Mauer Park. The tram M6 works all night round.
