After two years of enjoying the best barbecue parties on our big balcony, my two flatmates are leaving the house.
Their two rooms (18mq) will be free starting from the first of September, for a period of two years (with the possibility of extending the contract).
Each room is 650€ warm, so all utilities are included. Rooms are going to be left almost unfurnished. However, depending on the one you pick, there's the possibility of getting one bed or a drawer :)
My flatmates are currently the two main tenants of the flat, and as they are leaving the apartment, we are looking for two people who can take over and be the two new tenants in the contract.
Of course, I would split all the expenses equally and be even in whatever is needed for the apartment.
The apartment was built 5 years ago, so it's super new.
We have two bathrooms (one with shower and bathtub, and a smaller one), 3 bedrooms, one kitchen, washing room and, as previously written, a big balcony where you can have the best dinners and chill during summer.
The U6 is 5 minutes away. Lidl, and several other markets like DM, and Rewe are also 5 minutes by walking.
The pharmacy is literally in front of the flat, and you have a few bakeries, restaurants, and cafès around the area.
Alt-Mariendorf is super quiet, there are a lot of families living around the block, so it's perfect if you are not looking for a party WG but still want to be in the city center in about 30mins.
You would be living with me, Chiara (30).
I work as an office manager for a jewelry company that's Kreuzberg-based. I need to commute everyday to the office, so I won't be home that much.
I love going to the cinema, theatre, and organising dinners!
This means that it would be cool if once in a while we cook together or organize smth in the WG. However, I also treasure personal space, and it's definitely okay to have some solo time. At the end of the day, everyone has their busy routine :))
