Ich vermiete ein wunderschönes, helles Zimmer in meiner sehr geräumigen und freundlichen Wohnung direkt am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist super ruhig und liegt direkt an der Spree auf der grünen Halbinsel Alt-Stralau.
Das Zimmer kann möbiliert oder unmöbiliert gemietet werden.
Ich wohne mit meiner süßen 3-jährigen Tochter Nele (nur die Hälfte der Woche bei mir) und unserem Kater Bruno zusammen. Beide sind sehr offen und neugierig :) Es ist wirklich eine Wohn-Oase mitten in Berlin (7 Minuten zum Treptower Park / 10 Minuten zum Ostkreuz zu Fuß), die Ruhe und Geborgenheit spendet! Bald kann man wieder auf dem riesigen Balkon (20 qm) entspannen und das Wetter + Aussicht gemeinsam genießen!!:)
Ich bzw. wir suchen: Keine Zwecks-WG!! ;) sondern einfach eine sehr nette und aufgeschlossene Person die Lust hat auf ein respektvolles, entspanntes Zusammenleben in dem man voneinander lernt und gerne zum Kochen, einen Tee oder ein Glas Wein zusammen kommt. Denkbar wäre für mich jemand der bereits Arbeitnehmer ist aber auch Studenten!
Ich könnte es mir auch gut vorstellen mit einer Mama oder Papa zusammen zu wohnen (+1), die auch im Wechselmodell leben.
Ich freue mich sehr, von euch zu hören und euch kennen zu lernen!

I rent a beautiful, bright room in my very spacious and friendly apartment right on the water. The apartment is super quiet and is located directly on the Spree on the green Alt-Stralau peninsula.
The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished.
I live with my sweet 3 year old daughter Nele (only with me half the week) and our cat Bruno. Both are very open and curious :) It really is a living oasis in the middle of Berlin (7 minutes to Treptower Park / 10 minutes to Ostkreuz on foot), which gives peace and security! Soon you can relax on the huge balcony (20 sqm) and enjoy the weather + view together!! :)
I or we are looking for: No purpose flat share!! ;) but simply a very nice and open-minded person who wants a respectful, relaxed coexistence in which you learn from each other and like to cook, have a tea or a glass of wine together. For me it would be conceivable for someone who is already an employee but also a student!
I could also well imagine living with a mum or dad (+1), who also live in an alternating model.
