Das Zimmer ist 17qm groß und geht zum Hinterhof raus, ist also recht ruhig.
Der Rest der Wohnung ist natürlich auch ausgestattet, mit allem, was man so zum Leben braucht und platztechnisch sehr angenehm mit Abstellkammer und Wohnküche.
Ihr lauft 3-4 min bis zu S-Bahnhof
ein Lidl ist direkt auf dem Nachbar Grundstück und Spätis, Dönerläden und alles was man sonst noch braucht hat man in kürzester Zeit erreicht.
Wie Wohnung ist ne 2er Wg. Also würdet ihr mit meinem 22-jährigem Mitbewohner zusammen wohnen für die Zeit. Er ist gelegentlich mal für ne Woche oder so Beruflich unterwegs, also kann sein dass ihr die Wohnung teils für euch alleine habt
Ich vermiete den Raum befristet vom 20.07-03.09 beim ein und Auszugsdatum kann ich aber auch flexibel sein.
Das Ganze kostet 510€ im Monat und ich hätte gerne eines Monats miete als Kaution.
