I am Anastácia and I am looking for someone to stay in my cozy room from the 21.02 untill the 13.03
It is a super big room and I will make sure that you have space to leave your stuff.
The room also has a balcony where you can chill, and if you need to smoke you can only do it there.
The apartment has basically everything you need, including a washing machine and dishwasher.
Its a nice location, not center but you can easily get there with public transportation or other methods if you prefer so.
There are buses right in front of the building and the S-Banh about 10 minutes walk.
There is Edeka (which closes at 12am, so its super nice), Lidl, d&m and Rosmann nearby.
Besides me there are 2 other girls living here. They are super nice :)
We respect each other by cleaning up after ourselves and if we need something we always ask the other.
450 Euro is for the whole period and I have to ask for a 400 Euro deposit which you will get back as soon as I see that everything is in order in the apartment.
