We‘re Bec and Nico, 2 queer sensitive souls seeking our third companion in our WG nest.
We love listening to soulful R&B music, having deep conversations and dancing in the kitchen with a little puff puff. 👯🌿✨
After many recent changes we‘re prioritizing stability in our home so ideally we‘re looking for someone long-term (*see hard facts below). At the moment we‘re planning to ✨pimp up✨ the apartment so you should also be on board for contributing to that - DIY queens very welcome!! 🛠️🎨
A little more about us individually below, but now the hard facts first:
- size of the room: 13qm (unfurnished)
- size of the apartment: 81 qm, including balcony
- starting from June 4th
- current rent: 455€ (including heating costs, electricity, wifi, GEZ, insurance)

- *temporary contract of 3 months with possibility of long-term sublease —> We‘d first like to get to know you and see how we vibe in day-to-day life
Our home is in green and lovely Treptow, 5 minutes away from S Bahnhof Baumschulenweg (S8, S85, S9, S45, S46, S47 + bus lines 165, 265, 365, N65/N70).
Lovers of nature - Forests Plänterwald & Königsheide, the Spree, a canal and Treptower Park are just a few minutes away. And for all you mermaids out there, we also have a bathtub in which you can make yourself comfortable after a long day.

- takes breaks from capitalism by nurturing her relationship with play through dancing, journaling, creating, contemplating life, or hanging out with Nico

- Nico (he/him/they/them), 30, passionate singer-songwriter, lover of music and art in general, working at a sustainable interior store, into spirituality, body & nervous system work, connected to nature, committed to doing the deep inner work 🦋

- but I can also be: a bit ungrounded (daily practice) and quite frustrated & angry with life and the state of the world sometimes (learning to integrate the polarity one step at a time)
