Wir haben ein Zimmer frei in unserer großen Wohnung in Baumschulenweg, fünf Minuten von der Spree und der S-Bahn entfernt. Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten und bekommt Morgensonne durch den Ostbalkon. Die Decke ist mit hübschem Stuck verziert und auf dem Fußboden sind Holzdielen verlegt.
Wir haben zwei Badezimmer, einen großen und hellen Flur, einen kleinen Raum für Wäsche, eine gemütliche Küche und eine Spülmaschine mit eigener Persönlichkeit.

We have a room available in our large apartment in Baumschulenweg, five minutes from the Spree and the S-Bahn. The room has a square layout and gets morning sun from the east-facing balcony. The ceiling is decorated with pretty stucco and the floor has wooden planks.
We have two bathrooms, a large and bright hallway, a small room for laundry, a cozy kitchen and a dishwasher with its own personality.
Wir sind David (32, Literaturwissenschaftler), Greta (33, Neuropsychologin) & Hannah (27, Politikwissenschaftlerin).
Wir leben jetzt seit zwei Jahren zusammen hier und genießen es sehr, zusammen zu kochen, albern zu sein, Co-Working zu machen oder den Beamer einzuschalten und einen Film zu gucken, geben uns aber auch Raum zum Rückzug.
Wenn wir Zeit zu dritt (und hoffentlich bald zu viert) verbringen, unterhalten wir uns auf Englisch, da wir aus Deutschland & Italien kommen.
Wir suchen eine rücksichtsvolle, aufgeschlossene und empathische Person und freuen uns von dir zu hören :)

We've been living together for two years now and really enjoy cooking together, being silly, co-working or turning on the projector and watching a movie, but we also give ourselves space to retreat.
When we spend time together, we speak English as we are from Germany & Italy.
