Hi, I am renting out my room from the first week in december to the last week in february. Dates are still flexible, and would be decided with you!
The monthly rent is 550€ per month, and includes bathroom w/ washing machine and bathtub, kitchen w/ dishwasher, 20sqm room with balcony, wardrobe, bed (no sheets included), desk, couch etc. Dates are once again completely flexible, if you can only stay the weeks before christmas that also works, or if you want to stay the weeks after new years :) We would divide the rent over weeks in that case.

The apartment is located in Baumschulenweg, access to bus M41 (that drives along sonnenalle toward hauptbahnhof), and S-bahn Baumschulenweg (S8, S9, S45, S46).
My flatmates are both german, and both working with music. We are not 100% clinical clean, but try to keep it clean and tidy most of the time. The boys work a lot during the weekdays, but we usually hang out with friends in the apartment in the evenings and do stuff on the weekends. We usually shop and cook together, like a small fam.
