Schönes geräumiges Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete im Baumschulenweg
Da ich für einen Monat verreise, würdest du das Zimmer möbliert nutzen. Es steht dir alles zur Verfügung, was du zum Leben brauchst – nach Absprache auch der Bildschirm. Das Zimmer ist Ruhig und eignet sich wunderbar für Homeoffice.

Since I will be traveling for a month, you would use the room furnished. Everything you need to live is aviable to you - we can handle out if you also need to use the screen. The room is quiet and wonderfully suitable for home office.
Der Baumschulenweg (so heißt das Viertel) ist eine meiner Meinung nach sehr unterschätzte Lage in Berlin. Ruhig, man hat alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und ist super schnell in ganz Berlin, da die S-Bahn 3 min Laufweg entfernt liegt und die Anbindung "strategisch" super ist. Am schnellsten ist man in Neukölln oder in Friedrichshain.
Am tollsten ist dabei die Nähe zur Spree, zum Plänterwald und zum Treptower Park – Jogger*innen kommen hier auf ihre Kosten, der Frühling lässt sich dort auch ohne Sport genießen. Also fast ein kleines Naherholungsgebiet, ohne ab vom Schuss zu leben.
Baumschulenweg (that's the name of the neighborhood) is a very underrated location in Berlin in my opinion. Quiet, you have all the shops nearby and you can be super fast in all of Berlin, because the S-Bahn is 3 min walk away and the connection is "strategically" super. Neukölln and Friedrichshain are the closest neighborhood.
The best thing is the proximity to the Spree, the Plänterwald and Treptower Park - joggers get their money's worth here, spring can be enjoyed there even without sports.
Du würdest dir einige Wochen oder auch nur Tage mit Lene die Wohnung teilen. Sie studiert Grafikdesign und schreibt in dieser Zeit ihre Masterarbeit. Das Zusammenleben ist generell sehr ungezwungen und entspannt. Wir suchen nach einer Person, der wir entspannt vertrauen können, da du einige Wochen in der Wohnung alleine verbringen wirst :)
You would share the apartment with Lene for a few weeks or even just days. She is studying graphic design and is writing her master's thesis during this time. Living together is generally very informal and relaxed. We are looking for a person we can trust, as you will spend some weeks alone in the apartment :)
