Untervermietet wird das kleinere Zimmer an einer verantwortungsvollen weiblichen -zwischen den Städten pendelnde- Person in meiner gemütlichen schöne Wohnung ab Mitte März bis ca. Ende Mai 2024 je nach Absprache evtl auch etwas kürzer.
Suche jmd.respektvolles, umgängliches und WG- erfahren, bzw. erfahren als Untermieter.
Ich bleibe in der Wohnung.
Das Haus liegt optimal in der Bergmannstrasse, im Hinterhaus, an einem begrünten Hof voller Gelächter von Kita- Kinder. Man bekommt von der lebendigen Bergmannstrasse kaum etwas mit, da es im 2.Hinterhaus ist und dort es sonst ruhig ist.
Gesucht wird ein/e, "saubere/r", vertrauenswürdige/r, weltoffene/r Mitbewohner/in zwischen (s.o.) 30 -45 Jahre jung. Unter 27 je nach Erstgespräch. Bitte möglichst WG Erfahrung in Deutschland, am Besten in Berlin.
Für männliche -Besucher ist WC. im Sitzen angesagt und dies auch in meiner Abwesenheit!

Der Viktoriapark, mit dem einzigen Wasserfall Berlins, ist nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.
Schön wäre es wenn Du etwas deutsch oder engl. sprechen könntest, um Organisatorisches und Hausregeln perfekt zu klären.
Müll runter getragen und eine hinterlassene saubere Küche und eine Endreinigung verstehen sich von selbst.
Voreilige, bzw. unangekündigte Auszüge haften teils mit der Kaution.

Hey folks, RU looking for a short time period-home in Berlin? I have a smaller room in a really nice & cosy flat to be rent in BergmannStr. aprox. from mid /end of Feb. until approx end of May 2024.
FEMALES ONLY and preferebely for commuting persons.
Eventually extension is possible (depending on individual social skills, Team-Work and good living together!)
I will be around during the rental period, therefore I'm looking for a respectfully, reliable and clean female or maybe male Person.

The room's size is about 14 sqm² and/or the whole Appt. 52 sqm2. It is in the mid of one of the most popular streets and neighborhoods in Berlin: BergmannStr. (See for links up in the German text).
I´m looking for a fe-male tenant between 30 and 40 years old, responsible and really "tidy", and only for shared-flats -experienced- ones.
For male Room-mates visitors: WC will strictly only be used sitting, even during my absence! Otherwise deposite will be withheld.
We are a private family property and NOT a Hostel-like thing!!
Rent needs to be paid in 15th. if previous month.
SHORT TERM or unannounced LEAVING the appartement or inadequate Behaviour would be partly adhered with the DEPOSIT!
