Hallo zusammen,
durch einen Auslandsaufenthalt wird das WG Zimmer in einer zweiter WG ab 18.01.21 frei. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der schönen Altstadt von Köpenick in der Luisenstraße. Das Haus hat einen hübschen Garten hinter dem Haus und es kann ein PKW Stellplatz genutzt werden. Bus und Tramhaltestellen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu finden.
Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine ausziehbare Couch die als bequemes Doppelbett genutzt werden kann. An das Zimmer grenzt ein kleiner Wintergarten der auch als Balkon genutzt werden kann.
In Küche und Bad kann alles genutzt werden. Bettzeug ist auch vorhanden.
Der Mitbewohner ist Student und spricht nur Englisch. Alle Nationalitäten willkommen. Bevorzugt wird ein männlicher Mieter da es eine Männer WG ist.

Dear all,
This room in a shared 2 room apartment will be available from the 18.01.21 in the city center of Köpenick for one to two month. The flatmate is a student and speaks english only. The house has a nice backyard and there is a parking slot available. The apartment is on the ground floor. The room to rent has a pull out couch that can convert into a double bed and is very compfy. Sheets are available. All things in the bathroom and kitchen can be used of course. Supermarkets are very close and the bus stops as well as tram stops can be reached within a few minutes by foot.
All nationalities are welcome but male are preferred.
You can check the room out before renting it of course.
