We are looking for a subletter for the month of September - possibility for a little bit longer.
The room is about 19m squared, has a comfy twin bed, desk, side table, and we will get a clothing rack/wardrobe. (if you have any small furniture you want to bring for the month you are welcome to ! )
You then have shared access to a bathroom with full bath, kitchen, large living room and lovely balcony.
The room is cuter now, will send you more photos when we are back from vacation! :)
Our place is cosy, has a balcony and is a 10 min (or less) walk to the canal. It's pretty central so you can get most places in Berlin pretty quickly. Although it's on a main street, we hear no cars as we are in the house in the back - from the balcony, you have a beautiful view of the yard which is quiet and has a lot of trees -- sometimes we forget we are right in the middle of a big city.
Closeby, you have a lidl and edeka, as well as a few nice cafes and coffeeshops.
We are a couple, but I will be away for most of the month, so you would be living with Jasper who is chill and goes to work out of the house most days. He is friendly and tidy and will gladly have some dinners or beers together, but also respects space/alone time etc :)
