We are renting out our beautiful & bright 29m2 room for 2 months in our cosy old building flat in the heart of Friedenau. The room (and the entire flat) is newly renovated and is available fully furnished from 01 August. The furnishings include:

Die schöne Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und entspannt, bietet aber eine Vielzahl von netten Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist zentral in Berlin-Schöneberg gelegen und die S-Bahn (S1-Friedenau) ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und in 4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
The beautiful neighbourhood is quiet and relaxed, yet offers a variety of nice cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The flat is centrally located in Berlin-Schöneberg and the S-Bahn (S-Friedenau- S1) is nearby and can be reached in 4 minutes on foot.
Wir sind eine junge entspannte Familie, die unser Haus gerne mit einem ruhigen Mitbewohner teilen würde. Wenn sich das nach einem interessanten Angebot anhört, schreib uns gerne an :)
