Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung gibt es im Haus einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Fernseher und Eckcouch, ein Bad mit Dusche, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Elektroherd mit Ceranfeld und Backofen, Kaffeemaschine etc. und einen Abstellraum der auch zur Unterbringung von zwei Fahrrädern geeignet ist.
Auf Wunsch kann vom Vermieter ein Fahrrad kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Soweit es die Temperaturen erlauben, kann auch die grosse Veranda genutzt werden.
Gartennutzung ist nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter in begrenztem Umfang möglich.
Bettdecken, Kissen, Bettwäsche (1x) sowie Handtücher (1x) stellt der Vermieter.
