We are subletting our beautiful room with direct access to the balcony facing west to enjoy the afternoon and sundowner 😊
The room is facing the garden, hence it's very quiet at night without any street noises :)
It is furnished with a 140x200cm sofabed (really comfy!), a desk and small closet - so all you need yet enough room & flexibility to make it yours 😊
Apartment:
Our 146qm apartment has plenty of common space. There are 2 beautiful balconies (facing east and west) for sunbathing & breakfasts / barbecues, a 38sqm kitchen including a new, high-quality built-in kitchen and even a hatch to one of the balconies. There are 2 bright bathrooms with large windows, a practical storage corner and a huge hallway.
✨ We are also subletting another room in this flat or both rooms together (friends or couple) for this time period ✨
Apartment:
The apartment is located in the southwest of Neukölln and is in a renovated, very well isolated Altbau.
In general, the immediate neighborhood is super quiet - from the balcony you look out onto the garden, which extends around the building and can be used by all tenants :)
In the courtyard there is another green area for communal use.
Location:
The location is ideal and centrally located:
To the lively Schillerkiez with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars, as well as to the hotspot Tempelhofer Feld it is only 5 min by bike. To get to the beautiful Kreuzberg Bergmannkiez takes just 15min by bike.
Connection:
The apartment is also well connected by public transport: A bus stop is right outside the door and the S/U-Bahn station Hermannstraße, from where you can travel conveniently to all areas of Berlin, is only 4 min (900m) away by bike.
Surroundings:
There are a variety of supermarkets close by (Rewe, Aldi etc.), a wide range of sports/yoga options, an urban gardening club, as well as a weekly farmers market in near proximity :)
You would share the flat with our amazing friend Katie, 30, female - who's the easiest and most fun person to live with 😍
The other room will also be sublet - reach out if you know somebody or would like to rent out both rooms :)

The additional costs of 45€ per month are for our bi-weekly cleaning support that helps us do a regular deep clean to keep the apartment as beautiful as it is 😊
For us, this has always been a welcomed approach to make our (WG) life a little bit easier 😜
